Position: IT/Marketing Intern (internship)

Organization: Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong

Duration: 2–6 months, available ASAP

Working hours: flexible work hours (4h-8h per day)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating the Chamber's website and digital platforms (troubleshooting issues, implementing design changes, and ensuring content is up-to-date)
• Help optimize digital workflows and social media management.
• Provide technical support for events (e.g., webinars, hybrid meetings).
• Assist with cybersecurity best practices and data privacy compliance.
• Contribute to digital marketing initiatives (e.g., newsletters, social media tools).

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficient in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiar with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
• Familiarity with office IT systems (Windows/Mac, MS Office/Google Workspace/Dropbox).
• Interest in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English. /Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently
